That's going on the list of the ones I need to see. I really do need to see LITTLE MURDERS.

Anyway, have a very Happy Thanksgiving!

PeterMr. Peel aka Peter Avellinohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10553482286909862975noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2118574901486983093.post-1456611176604460402008-11-26T23:20:00.000-08:002008-11-26T23:20:00.000-08:00Hi Peter, Yes Elliott is great. Even though I had seen a bunch of them, I hadn't seen Silent Partner or Little Murders so it was a great opportunity.

And it's great when movies are revived from the past. I'd love to see The Touch become one of the Bergman films people talk about. I enjoyed it much more than Wild Strawberries for example.Allison M.https://www.blogger.com/profile/12497026319043323395noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2118574901486983093.post-28134654366991498542008-11-26T20:06:00.000-08:002008-11-26T20:06:00.000-08:00Allison--Thanks for writing, glad to hear from som...Allison--

Thanks for writing, glad to hear from someone else who was there. I'm also happy to hear that somebody else liked it as well. It was just great to see Elliott Gould, wasn't it? Even if the film wasn't a hit at the time there's always the hope that more people will be exposed to it in the future. Thanks again...

PeterMr. Peel aka Peter Avellinohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10553482286909862975noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2118574901486983093.post-21199139498367737102008-11-26T08:57:00.000-08:002008-11-26T08:57:00.000-08:00I just happened to click on a link to your blog fr...I just happened to click on a link to your blog from House of Mirth and Movies. Weirdly enough, I was also at the screening of The Touch at the Hammer Museum. I've always wanted to see Elliott Gould speak. And watching the film was a great experience too. Besides the obvious reasons, I wonder why this film wasn't a bigger hit.Allison M.https://www.blogger.com/profile/12497026319043323395noreply@blogger.com
