It still holds up, and is still very funny, as long as you don't look too close at some of the stereotypes, though I like how Mazursky tries to subvert them (such as the landscaper offering Jerry his Hawaiian home as a retreat.) And I love that final Renoir-like shot of the family in the alley, welcoming Jerry back in the fold.
